1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "355jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 355jl online gaming platform operated at 355jl.org and all associated services, software, and systems.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 355jl platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by the Player on the 355jl platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 355jl account, net of any bets placed or withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free bet values credited to the Player's account under the terms of a specific promotion. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount that must be completed before a bonus balance qualifies for conversion to real-money balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Players, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• "GCash," "Maya" refers to the Philippine mobile payment and e-wallet services operated by their respective providers. These are referenced solely in the context of 355jl's supported payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for regulating and licensing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules applicable to each individual game available on the 355jl platform, which are published within each game's interface or information panel.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the 355jl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement reflects the legal standard for casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as administered under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. 355jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or permanently close any account where the Player is found to be underage.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The 355jl platform is designed to serve players in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play;
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 355jl or any affiliated entity.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Players must complete 355jl's KYC verification process before making any deposit, claiming any bonus, or requesting any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (acceptable forms include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys, Philippine Passport, UMID / SSS ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or PRC License);
• A clear, unobstructed selfie photograph taken at the time of registration;

355jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time during the Player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account functionality.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual, household address, device, IP address, and payment method may be associated with only one (1) active 355jl account. The operation or attempted operation of multiple accounts by a single Player constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of winnings derived from bonus funds.

3 Account Rules and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share account credentials with any third party. 355jl will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to an account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Accurate Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and truthful information at registration and must update their account profile promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including name, date of birth, address, or identity documents — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Player Responsibility for Activity

All bets, transactions, and activities placed through a Player's account are the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. If a Player believes that unauthorized transactions have occurred, they must notify 355jl support immediately via live chat. 355jl will conduct a reasonable investigation but cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions where account security was compromised through the Player's negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

355jl currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP):

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before the portion of the balance attributable to bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• 355jl reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification for withdrawal amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 cumulative within a 30-day period;
• In the event of a suspected bonus abuse investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation. Players will be notified of any hold via their registered email address.

4.3 Declined or Failed Transactions

355jl is not responsible for transaction failures arising from the Player's payment provider, bank restrictions, GCash wallet limits, or network disruptions. Players experiencing failed transactions should contact 355jl support providing the transaction reference number. Duplicate deposits resulting from repeated submission of the same transaction are the Player's responsibility to report immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 355jl — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses — are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering conditions apply to all bonus funds credited to a 355jl account:

• The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier;
• Slot games contribute 100% of each peso wagered toward the wagering requirement;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10% of each peso wagered toward the wagering requirement;
• Sports betting contributes 20% of each peso wagered toward the wagering requirement;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unconverted bonus balance will expire and be removed from the account without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Collusion

355jl actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play between accounts, and arbitrage betting across markets. Where bonus abuse is identified, 355jl reserves the right to void bonus balances, void winnings attributable to bonus play, and close the associated accounts.

6 Game Play Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 355jl platform — whether live dealer, RNG-powered table games, or slot machines — operate under their published Game Rules. RNG games use certified Random Number Generators independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on these certified configurations and are displayed per game.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the Game Rules applicable at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a live game round or RNG game session, 355jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return the bet amount to Players' accounts. Where a game result can be objectively verified from server logs, the recorded result shall stand.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on 355jl are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies — including the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) for PBA results, the Association of Boxing Commissions for boxing results, and the UFC for mixed martial arts results. Settlement typically occurs within 24 hours of the official result being declared. Where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed beyond the scheduled date, 355jl reserves the right to void all pre-match bets and return stakes.

6.4 Obvious Error

355jl reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that resulted from an obvious pricing error, miscalculated odds, or game configuration error — even if the error was not immediately apparent and settlement appeared to occur normally. "Obvious error" means odds or game conditions so far outside the expected range that a reasonable player would have recognized the error. 355jl will provide affected players with a written explanation and return the original bet amount.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 355jl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration, use, or attempted use of the platform by any individual under 21 years of age;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name, including stolen payment credentials or compromised e-wallet accounts;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 355jl software or game client;
• Engaging in collusive play, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of games offered on the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 355jl support staff or other players in any communication channel.

355jl will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities — including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) — in investigations related to prohibited conduct on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

355jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

8.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All 355jl Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration limits that will automatically log the Player out after the defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause on account activity for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). Cooling-off periods take effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the 355jl platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Players requesting self-exclusion should also consider registering with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry.

8.2 Minor Protection

355jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access gambling platforms. If you share a device with minors, use browser-level parental controls and ensure your 355jl credentials are not accessible. 355jl will take immediate action on any verified report of underage access.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 355jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to 355jl and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 355jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from 355jl;
• Framing or mirroring of any portion of the 355jl platform on any third-party website;
• Use of 355jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by 355jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 355jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, network outages, server downtime, or third-party service failures beyond 355jl's reasonable control, including GCash, Maya, or banking system outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on game strategy guides, third-party software, or information not provided by 355jl;
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

355jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 355jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 355jl

355jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another Philippine authority;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Player is a minor;
• Evidence of problem gambling behavior warranting protective intervention.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 355jl will hold any real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) and will release it upon resolution of the investigation if no breach is confirmed.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 355jl support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be addressed, and any pending withdrawal must be processed. Following closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

355jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a 355jl account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 355jl Privacy Policy.

355jl processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. 355jl will not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit player consent.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the 355jl platform, Players must first attempt to resolve the dispute through 355jl's internal dispute resolution process by:

1. Submitting a formal complaint to the 355jl support team via live chat or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including transaction references and any supporting evidence;
2. Allowing 355jl a reasonable period of not less than 10 business days to investigate and respond;
3. If the Player remains unsatisfied following 355jl's response, escalating the matter to PAGCOR's complaint handling process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.

Any legal proceedings arising from an unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
